AI Stuff — Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
What AI Stuff is
AI Stuff is a personal automation application operated by its owner for their own private
use. It uses Google's OAuth 2.0 API to access the operator's own Google account after the
operator explicitly authorizes it.
Data accessed
With the operator's authorization, AI Stuff accesses:
- Gmail — to triage, label, and summarize the operator's own email. It does not send email except when the operator explicitly asks.
- Google Calendar — to read the operator's events and prepare briefings (weather, travel time, parking) for events the operator has scheduled.
- Google Contacts — to read birthdays so the operator can be reminded to plan for them.
What we do NOT do
- No data is collected from, or about, anyone other than the operator.
- No data is sold, rented, shared, or transferred to any third party for any purpose.
- No analytics, tracking, or advertising technologies are used.
- No data leaves the operator's own server except calls directly to Google's API, which are governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
Data retention and security
Data is stored only on the operator's personal server, in the operator's home. OAuth tokens
are stored encrypted at rest on that server. There is no cloud database.
Contact
This is a personal, non-commercial application. For any privacy question, use the support
email listed on the application's Google OAuth consent screen.
